This Privacy Policy describes how this personal OpenClaw integration accesses, uses, stores, and shares information obtained through Google APIs.
Depending on the task requested by the authorized user, the app may access information from Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail and Calendar. Access is limited to the permissions granted by the user through Google's OAuth consent flow.
Google user data is used only to perform actions explicitly requested by the authorized user, including locating and reading files, creating or editing documents, working with spreadsheets or presentations, reading or sending email, and viewing or managing calendar events.
OAuth credentials are stored locally in the user's OpenClaw environment and are not intentionally published or made publicly available. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to restrict access to local credential files.
When necessary to fulfill a user request, relevant Google data may be sent to AI model providers configured by the user in OpenClaw for processing. Such processing is limited to carrying out the requested task. The app does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Google user data is not sold. Data is shared only with service providers required to execute the user's requested task, such as Google APIs and AI model providers configured in OpenClaw, or when required by law.
The app does not maintain an independent commercial database of Google user data. OAuth access can be revoked at any time from the user's Google Account security settings. Local OAuth credentials may also be deleted from the OpenClaw environment to disconnect the account.
The authorized user controls which Google account is connected and may revoke access at any time. Revoking Google OAuth access prevents further API access until the account is authorized again.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
